Read-only on your sales data
Atlas reads your sales records. It does not write to your ERP, move stock, or change a price. The one place it can write is your accounts, and only after a person has approved each entry.
Nothing enters your accounts without you
Atlas prepares the entry — supplier, amount, date, bank reference and the account it belongs to — checks it against what you have already recorded, flags duplicates, then waits. Nothing is recorded until someone clicks approve, every decision is logged with who made it, and anything can be reversed.
Isolated to your organisation
Your data sits behind your own login, scoped to your organisation. There is no shared pool and no cross-customer view: another Atlas customer cannot see that you exist, let alone what you sell.
Never used to train anyone else's model
Nothing you connect is sent to OpenAI or Anthropic for training, and we have that in writing from both. Atlas does fit forecasting and scoring models on your own records — that is the product — but they are yours alone: not benchmarking, not a shared index, not a model another customer touches, and they go when you ask us to delete.
Deleted on request
Ask, and your export and everything derived from it — models, alerts, history — is removed. There is a page for it rather than a support queue, and nothing is retained as leverage to get you back.
One export, not an integration
A pilot needs a single sales export. No credentials handed over, no agent installed on your network, nothing running inside your building. A standing connection is a choice you make later, once you have seen it work.

Payroll, HR records, and anything about your staff.
Bank credentials or payment rails. Atlas cannot move money.
Your customers’ own systems. It only ever sees what you already hold about them.
